Returns Policy

You may return items within 7 days of the delivery (online and in-store) credit / exchange for an item for change of mind if:

-The garment has not been worn, altered and/or washed and is in a resalable condition.

-The garment has not been damaged whilst in the customer's possession.

-The customer has proof of the garment purchase from Hollie Rose.

-The original swing ticket is attached to garment.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size.

Please note, No returns on flash sales, sale items, swimwear and accessories. Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels.

Shipping

For all online orders Australia wide Standard Shipping is FREE for orders over $300 orders under this threshold is a flat fee of $10. Express Shipping is FLAT FEE OFF $15 for customers checking out. International shipping is a flat fee of $30 terms and conditions apply.

Our Shipping options are available through the Australia Post Parcel network within Australia. With Standard shipping your package will arrive in approximately 2 to 6 business days, with Express shipping approximately 1 to 4 business days.

Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the timeframes supplied, unforseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, mid season sale, end of season sale, and holiday periods.
