How we Ship?
The dedicated team working at Hollie Rose Boutique wish to make your online shopping experience as hassle free as possible. So our shipping methods & policies have been designed to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently.
Both Standard and Express Shipping options are available through the Australia Post Parcel network within Australia. With Standard shipping your package will arrive in approximately 2 to 6 business days, with Express shipping approximately 1 to 4 business days.
Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the timeframes supplied, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, mid season sale, end of season sale, and holiday periods. In the event you have paid for shipping and your order is delayed during a peak trade period, please contact our customer service department for a shipping refund.
What does it cost?
A final shipping cost will be automatically calculated when completing your purchase at Checkout, based on the delivery location. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business please include the business name and full address in the 'Shipping Information' upon Checkout.
For all online orders Australia wide Standard Shipping is free. Express Post is FLAT FEE OFF $10 for customers upon checking out.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched from our store an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can click to check the status of your delivery.
Do we ship daily?
Our store is straight across from the post office.
However orders received after 4:00pm AEST or outside of AEST business hours will be dispatched on the next business day (excluding Public Holidays).

Do we ship Internationally?
International shipping through the Hollie Rose E-Boutique store is currently available to 32 countries across the globe, with new locations added regularly.
International shipping is available via Australia Post, with costs and delivery time frames varying we charge a FLAT FEE OF $30 however if the parcel is quoted higher than $45 via Australia Post we will contact you directly to organise payment of the difference. These are calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the destination country that they are to be delivered too.
International shipments are subject to controls by local customs authorities, which may affect the estimated delivery times and are unfortunately beyond our control. If it is deemed necessary you may be contacted by the courier and/or customs official to provide information and authorisation to import your order. This may include authorisation to act on your behalf and if not provided, you may become responsible for the import of the order. If shipping to a business please include the business name and full address in the 'Shipping Information' upon Checkout.
International orders may be subjected to import duties and taxes based on the destination countries controls and regulations, these duties and taxes are calculated based on the style details and total value of the order. If applicable these fees will be included in the total price quoted upon checkout.
