A signature One Fell Swoop silhouette and one of our most loved designs, the Alex Kimono in Clay captures the label's ease with sculptural drape. Cut from a luxe satin with a subtle bubble contour, the fabric holds a gentle sheen that moves with the body rather than against it, catching the light through every fold.

The neckline plunges softly into a V, cascading from the shoulder into a centred twist knot that shapes the waist and grounds the silhouette. From there, relaxed kimono sleeves fall to the elbow, and the maxi length skirt continues the fluid narrative with centre front and centre back splits, allowing ease of movement with every step.

At Hollie Rose Boutique our shipping methods & policies are designed to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

For online orders over $400 Australia wide Standard Shipping is FREE. For orders under $400 a flat fee of $10 Australia wide Standard Shipping is applied at checkout.

Australia wide Express Shipping is charged at a flat fee of $15, applied at checkout. International Shipping is a flat fee of $30* terms and conditions apply.

Our Shipping options are available through the Australia Post Parcel network within Australia.

Standard Shipping = approximately 2 to 6 business days.

Express Shipping = approximately 1 to 4 business days.

Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the timeframes supplied, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, mid-season sale, end of season sale, and holiday periods.

Returns & Refunds

At Hollie Rose, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We offer store credit or exchange for full-priced items returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged shoebox.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including incorrect sizing.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date and is exclusive of any paid postage costs.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items, including promotional discounts, are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with images and a description of the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will assess whether the problem is minor or major in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

For minor faults, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. For major faults, you may choose your preferred remedy: a replacement of the same item or a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs for confirmed faulty items are covered by Hollie Rose.

Please note: if a garment is damaged through normal wear and use (for example, a button lost after wearing or a zip broken through use), this does not constitute a manufacturing fault and we are unable to accept these items for return.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

RETURN PROCESS

Email info@hollierose.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and any required images.

Once approved, return the item via tracked postage to:

Allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed upon receipt.

Please ensure you include the completed returns form slip indicating whether you would like to exchange or receive a credit note.

EXCLUSIONS

Earrings, undergarments, and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Items returned outside of the stated timeframes will not be accepted.

Hollie Rose reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
